Soylent? As in, “Soylent Green”, the film about cannibalism? I don’t care that the book version this product is named after is benign (according to Wikipedia), all this makes me think about is Soylent Green, and Soylent Green is made of people.

This is worse than those iRobot commercials.

It sounds disgusting. I thought we had moved past a culture of efficiently delivering nutrients, into actually enjoying our food. I would love to be there to see Michale Pollan’s face when he’s told about this “innovation.”
