Faux leathers are not the same. Unless it’s PVC-free, it’s not safe. The same goes for vegan items. The term “vegan” does not mean that it’s better for the environment. PVC is harmful to humans AND animals.

From product to disposal, vinyl is the most toxic plastic. Plus, it can expose you to phthalates and lead or cadmium (depending on the stabilizer used).
