Erin Considine has filled this void with her crocheted cotton and silk jewelry dyed exclusively with raw materials like organic Turmeric, Hibiscus, Logwood “and other things you might find in the kitchen,” she says on her site.

Considine adds that as an avid collector of plants and antiques picked up in her travels, she “incorporates influences from the natural world and vintage metier by casting with recycled metals and carving her pieces with an eye to past traditions of sculpture and form.” I’m in love again.
