For our regular Music Mondays we peruse 8tracks and find the most interesting mixes we can. There are some skilled mix masters out there, who have led most of EcoSalon HQ to discover new artists, mashups and beats.

But sometimes, even though you are so so far from being a hip and cutting edge DJ, you just want to make your own mix. Which is what we did.

It’s called A Little Dance and a Whole Lot of Love, and it’s full of some of our favorite, danceable tracks, like remixes of Yelle, Florence + The Machine and Coeur de Pirate. I’d say it’s worth a French Press. Or two.

Thanks to being in the Pacific Northwest, I have had the chance to spend the last week in a late summer blast of sunshine, but when the clouds rolled in this morning I realized that maybe the season of layering up sweaters and putting away the sunglasses is closer than I would like to think.
