<p>The wise <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Morris" target="_blank">William Morris</a> once said, “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” Mr. Morris graced the world with his presence and the industry with his designs many years ago (1834 &#8211; 1896) but his sentiments still ring true today.</p>
<p>In honor of my new found love of <a href="http://ecosalon.com/kitchen-escapade-ikea-kitchen-tour" target="_blank">this kitchen</a>, here are two products that would make William Morris proud. That’s right, these delights are both <em>useful and beautiful</em>. First, a charming <a href="http://www.etsy.com/shop/SweetFineDay?section_id=7433340" target="_blank">Kitchen Conversions</a> chart by <a href="http://www.sweetfineday.com/" target="_blank">Sweet Fine Day</a>. Tablespoons, cups, pints, and quarts &#8211; oh, my! Who would have thought math could be so lovely? Not only will this graphic poster tell you how many tablespoons are in a cup, but those clever mathematical measurements are available lounging on a handful of vivid colors. I’ll wait patiently for Sweet Fine Day to release a metric conversion chart (my adventures at the Indian grocery store require a dose of calculus).</p>
<p><a href="http://ecosalon.com/wp-content/uploads/Mr.-Morris-Useful-Beautiful-2.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-68354" src="http://ecosalon.com/wp-content/uploads/Mr.-Morris-Useful-Beautiful-2.jpg" alt="" width="455" height="337" /></a></p><div id="inContentContiner"><!-- /4450967/ES-In-Content -->
    <div id="div-gpt-ad-1430927735854-0">
    <script type="text/javascript">
    googletag.cmd.push(function() {
      googletag.display("div-gpt-ad-1430927735854-0");
      googletag.pubads().refresh([adslot4]);
    });
    </script>
    </div>

    <!-- ES-In-Content
		<script type="text/javascript">
		GA_googleFillSlot("ES-In-Content");
		</script>--></div>
<p>Now that you will spend less time converting pints to cups, you’ll have time to sip some herbal tea. These <a href="https://www.carolineswift.com/store/display.html/?viewListing=MjA=" target="_blank">Bone China Spoons</a> by <a href="https://www.carolineswift.com/" target="_blank">Caroline Swift</a> are an alluring way to swirl your tea. If you’re anything like me, you’ll skip the tea and hang these lovely concave curves of china so they can rest vertically on the wall (maybe one day I’ll be sophisticated enough for bone china and afternoon tea &#8211; maybe not).</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t miss the gorgeous <a href="http://www.etsy.com/listing/64261292/kitchen-conversions-30x30-inch-floursack" target="_blank">Kitchen Conversions Tea Towel</a> either (and you know how <a href="http://ecosalon.com/tea-towels-to-dry-for/" target="_blank">I adore tea towels</a>).</p>
<p><a href="http://ecosalon.com/wp-content/uploads/Mr.-Morris-Useful-Beautiful-3.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-68355" src="http://ecosalon.com/wp-content/uploads/Mr.-Morris-Useful-Beautiful-3.jpg" alt="" width="455" height="304" /></a></p>
