There is an excellent article in this month’s Vogue too about the difficulty of younger women trying to have their tubes tied. Because we live in a world that is so focused on motherhood, the choice that some women make to not have children is questioned, sometimes, not even permitted, but you probably wouldn’t get the same response if you were going in for IVF. I agree that we need a different structure that allows for and respects all choices, no matter what they are.
