		<description><![CDATA[Yes, for the urban building industry it&#039;s good news indeed. I&#039;m not sure how it&#039;ll work within buildings (in an extremely complex way, is probably the answer). Presumably one technique would be using these materials to divert the flow of noise to unused corners of buildings where it won&#039;t be a nuisance....? I feel like we should be somewhat responsible/aware of what is going on around us...what if someone outside needs help and we can&#039;t hear them? It seems like the iPod on a whole new level! But as a Brooklynite I can relate to needing some peace and quiet. Great article, Mike.]]></description>
