		<description><![CDATA[I agree that way too much food gets wasted, and it definitely makes sense for restaurants and events to share leftover food. I&#039;ve heard that in some cities it&#039;s not legal to give your leftovers to homeless people on the street, which is really sad. This group in San Francisco encourages people to leave their doggie bags from restaurants on top of trash cans for homeless people: http://replate.org/.]]></description>
