I also think there&#039;s a lot more potential for the roof gardens. I wrote recently about a project in Cairo&#039;s slums to build (pretty cheap) solar water heaters and biogas generators out of locally available materials. Whilst this sort of thing won&#039;t work everywhere, I think it&#039;s another good example of how creative people can be with their roofs. (Sadly I can&#039;t link to the article, coz it was only published old-skool on dead trees. I&#039;ll try to blog about it soon.)]]></description>
