However, it saddens me everytime that we sit down to eat in a restaurant that he never chooses a vegetarian meal. He must always have meat. Even after attending animal rights conferences with me and watching video upon video and conference upon conference on factory farming and animal rights…and dietary illnesses….he still chooses to eat meat. He is an educated man with a PhD…..but still chooses his own cravings over what is ethical and compassionate.

It bothers me more and more when I think about raising a family with him. Like I said, he is very decent and I have no doubt that he will be a wonderful father and a wonderful husband. But, I don’t feel like we are partners. And that saddens me.
