The Green Beauty Barometer, an annual survey that’s in its third year, discovered that in 2017, more women are concerned with the ingredients in their beauty products than they were last year.

Thirteen-hundred American women took part in the survey, which revealed a few positive takeaways; the most notable that 60 percent of women now read a product’s label before buying. Also: Three out of four Millennial women say that buying green products is important. And “for women between 35 and 54, 69 percent choose green products… this number has increased by 10 percent from last year,” reports Treehugger.
