Eco-Style You'll Flip Over

While the eco-friendly fashion industry is slowly but surely growing, sometimes I just wish it were already mainstream. Who doesn't want to go green, and fashionably so? Happily, there are more options, but whether you're a confirmed fashionista or simply like to be casually stylish, it can be challenging to find green goods that aren't overtly granola.

Thank goodness for designer Lara Miller, who works exclusively with organic and sustainable materials, and does it like no one else, creating top quality, one-of-a-kind pieces that are special and wearable. Her Reversible Flip Cardigan is a flattering, sexy, glamorous jacket to have on hand. I love it because the look can work no matter what direction your personal style wanders. Reversible, the jacket is either black or dark slate (a clean neutral for '08), and can be worn a few different ways - making it the go-to piece of choice in your wardrobe. Made of soy jersey, organic cotton and spandex, the cardigan travels and wears well. At $238, I think this is a great value for such a stylish and versatile sweater jacket.
