This cotton throw, designed by Lori Slater with both style and the environment in mind, redefines the art of recycled decor. Or does it?

Available at Green and Greener for $125, I love the throw and Slater's message - and after all, the claim is green.

Editor's poll: Here's the deal. These throws are made from post-industrial, pre-consumer fibers (plus 24% acrylic, which the company is admittedly "working on"). Think the Whole Foods bag controversy. While the throws are using byproducts of industry...they're not technically recycled. What do you think?
