Anyone?
The news is that we still need the news.
What we do not need are newspapers. Our morning broadsheets have turned into web sites and news feeds that are not only more current, but allow reader feedback and use exactly zero paper to get the latest in front of your peepers.
Just one snag: there are way too many websites. And clicking through them all takes a lot longer than breakfast. That’s why my first stop of the day will be to AllTop.
Pioneered by Guy Kawasaki, it’s a new landing page for news feeds from hundreds of news sources, arranged under every category you can think of – such as this one that’s close to our hearts.
Alltop is refreshingly clear, comprehensive, uncluttered, advert-free, easy on the eyes and updated every 10 minutes. Who says you aren’t Web 2.0 savvy?
It’s also very addictive – so pray that you finish breakfast before it updates!
(“RSS Feeds“? Here’s the lowdown).
