Orange You Glad I Didn't Say Polyester?

I’m sort of a daybed potato. I’m tragically drawn to bench-like  daybeds for stationing in the bedroom at the end of the bed for watching the wall plasma or lacing running shoes. I also have a brown leather Ralph Lauren with clawed feet at my entryway for throwing down my purse and shopping bags.

It’s great to stumble upon a striking green version of the modern French daybed, like the ultra clean Fire Cyrilla Daybed ($2880) in sunburst orange at Structured Green. I adore modern designs in orange fabric and this one is made with organic materials, as well as biodegradable latex rubber and a certifited hardwood frame.

It comes in 11 other heavenly colors, including charcoal, coffee bean and cloud.

If you don’t like the backless aspect, check out the company’s Water Senna Loveseat,  which smacks of Hollywood glamour with its pleated and fanned out back cushion and elegant elongated form. It can even double as a sofa in a small space. This design also comes in the orange, and 10 other sumptuous shades.
