PureThread is a Manhattan-based showroom and stylist company presenting a sustainable fashion pop-up shop from October 20-26th!

Presenting Fall 2014’s most sustainable and fashion-forward pieces, PureThread’s pop-up shop offers up luxury fashion that caters to the tastes of the urban businesswoman and the suburban fashionista alike. Customers will have the chance to peruse ethically made items ranging from basic wardrobe staples to exclusive luxury garments and accessories ideal for special occasions or statement ensembles.

Brands that will be on show include Humanoid, Mayiet, Jill Platner (pictured below), Suzanne Rae, With & Wessel, Titania Inglis, Panchaculi and Monique Pean, among many others. Each showcased brand is carefully selected and curated in order to provide customers with “quality design, passion and responsibility on a social and environmental level.”

Host of the pop-up shop Jill Heller is also the founder of PureThread, an NYC based company offering sustainable styling services, textile sourcing and private shopping experiences. Jill established her business in 2008 in order to offer customers the chance to feel and look great while simultaneously educating them on the origin and implications of the materials, sourcing and design principles of the items they choose to wear.

The shop will be open October 20 – 26, 2014 from 10 am to 6 pm daily,  and will showcase gorgeous garments, accessories, home wares and jewelry from several ethical fashion designers, as well as launch the U.S. presence of London-based organic skin care line Nourish.
