Video: The Beauty of the Irrational

Video“We always question ourselves… we always feel like we have to be rational about things instead of just actually doing them for pure enjoyment.”

Although most of us will never run across a canyon in record time, the words of South African ultrarunner Ryan Sandes as he attempts to run the 5 day, 84km, Fish River Canyon Hiking Trail in the fastest time possible, remind anyone of the importance of doing something simply for passion and joy.

Whatever it is that we do, there is beauty in challenge.
